How You Spend Your Eight Hours

Channel Partner and Supplier Management

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with channel partners and suppliers to maximize business opportunities
  • Develop and implement structured partner training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success
  • Identify and resolve partner challenges proactively, ensuring smooth collaboration and continuous growth
  • Expand market reach by recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new channel partners

Sales Strategy and Contact Center Alignment

  • Design and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Optimize sales processes, tools, and workflow to enhance efficiency and team performance
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and implement targeted joint marketing campaigns
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with our outbound/lead generation teams in Mexico and offshore to increase conversion rates and drive sales through carrier partnerships
  • Develop and implement sales coaching and training programs to upskill teams and improve sales effectiveness
  • Monitor outbound sales performance, track KPIs, and continuously refine strategies for improved results
  • Optimize call center operations to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer engagement

What You Must Possess

  • Proven experience in B2B technology sales, channel management, or supplier management
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment

  • Hybrid work setup with on-site training
  • $75,000 annual base + profit share commissions
