How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Channel Partner Management
    • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.
    • Develop and implement effective partner training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
    • Monitor and analyze partner performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Proactively address and resolve partner issues and concerns.
    • Recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Sales Strategy and Operations
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create and implement joint marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Outbound Sales Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives.
    • Develop and implement effective sales coaching and training programs.
    • Monitor and analyze outbound sales performance, setting and tracking KPIs.
    • Optimize call center operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Must Possess

  • Proven experience in B2B wireless sales, channel management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
