How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations for customer requests, using ERP software and vendor portals to confirm pricing and product availability.
  • Manage quotation requests received via email or through the companys online portal.
  • Maintain timely and well-documented records of all open and completed quotations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and vendors to confirm availability, pricing, and order allocations.
  • Assist in assigning available inventory to active sales orders in coordination with sales personnel.
  • Ensure all quotation data is precisely entered and maintained in the ERP system.
  • Organize and manage relevant documentation including emails, files, and updates on pricing and availability.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external vendors to support customer-focused, solution-driven service.

What You Must Possess

  • 2+ years in sales quoting or a comparable support role.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical industry, such as wholesale, retail pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL operation,s is preferred.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred; similar systems acceptable).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
  • Ability to navigate vendor portals to search product data and verify stock.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and managing documentation.
  • Clear verbal and written communication in English.
  • Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • No advanced degree necessary; entry-level with room to grow.
  • Must have training or working knowledge of pharmaceutical products.
  • Ability to analyze and compare pharmaceutical descriptions (e.g., active ingredients, dosage strengths, administration methods, units of measure) to offer equivalent alternatives to customers.
