How You Spend Your Eight Hours

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including CV screening, initial interviews, and reference checks

• Manage and update employee documentation and records

• Coordinate training programs and track employee attendance

• Assist in preparing contracts, employment letters, and other administrative documents

• Conduct onboarding and induction activities for new hires

• Support payroll and employee benefits management

• Maintain effective communication in both English and Spanish with employees

• Help organize internal events and wellness activities to foster a positive work environment

What You Must Possess

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or a related field (can be in progress)

• At least one year of experience in human resources

• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency

• Basic knowledge of labor laws

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills
