How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Scrubbing and Data Entry
    • Meticulously review the PCC system to ensure all information for enteral patients is accurate and up to date
    • Input physician orders for enteral nutrients with precision, adhering to company procedures
    • Locate and confirm patient demographics and insurance details, ensuring accurate data entry
    • Identify Part-B eligible and non-covered patients, routing orders appropriately based on insurance coverage or house accounts
  • Order Processing and Delivery Coordination
    • Process orders in line with company protocols and select the best delivery method tailored to patient needs
    • Generate precise sales orders using software calculations, ensuring all required items are accounted for and scheduled for delivery
    • Monitor outgoing shipments for timely processing and validate delivery accuracy, addressing any logistical issues as they arise
  • Collaboration and Reporting
    • Partner with customer service, billing, and logistics teams to streamline order processing and delivery
    • Keep meticulous records of orders and log discrepancies or issues in the company's software

What You Must Possess

  • Prior experience in durable medical equipment (DME) (required) with a focus on enteral products (highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly PCC
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry
  • Knowledge of enteral nutrition products and their delivery requirements
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, fostering collaboration across departments
  • Proficiency in PCC or similar EMR systems
  • ERP software experience
  • ERP system experience, esp. in order processing and inventory management (a plus)

  • PHP 28,000 salary package (PHP 24,000 basic + PHP 4,000)
