How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Respond to customer requests via chat, email, or phone calls to address billing inquiries, telecom quotes, and general concerns
- Extract data from invoices, portals, and communications to initiate payments on behalf of customers
- Input and analyze commission data, manage escalations with carriers, and ensure accurate monthly reporting
- Review external communications and support platform updates to maintain high-quality operations
- Monitor support emails, redirect inquiries, and handle ad hoc tasks such as quoting contracts, or inventory management
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Learn other team roles to provide support when needed and contribute to a flexible, high-performing environment
What You Must Possess
- Ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry tools, and learning new systems quickly
- Proactive, flexible attitude toward challenges and evolving processes
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to get the job done
- Experience in handling US voice accounts.
- BPO experience (minimum of 6 months)

What You Should Consider
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
- Hybrid work setup with on-site training
- PHP 29,000 salary package (PHP 23,000 basic salary, PHP 4,000 allowance, PHP 2,000 skills allowance)
