Our client is looking for a Billing and QA Support Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in helping the client ensure seamless billing processes, accurate data management, and exceptional customer support.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Respond to customer requests via chat, email, or phone calls to address billing inquiries, telecom quotes, and general concerns
  • Extract data from invoices, portals, and communications to initiate payments on behalf of customers
  • Input and analyze commission data, manage escalations with carriers, and ensure accurate monthly reporting
  • Review external communications and support platform updates to maintain high-quality operations
  • Monitor support emails, redirect inquiries, and handle ad hoc tasks such as quoting contracts, or inventory management
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Learn other team roles to provide support when needed and contribute to a flexible, high-performing environment

What You Must Possess

  • Ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry tools, and learning new systems quickly
  • Proactive, flexible attitude toward challenges and evolving processes
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to get the job done
  • Experience in handling US voice accounts.
  • BPO experience (minimum of 6 months)

What You Should Consider

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
  • Hybrid work setup with on-site training
  • PHP 29,000 salary package (PHP 23,000 basic salary, PHP 4,000 allowance, PHP 2,000 skills allowance)
