How You Spend Your Eight Hours

• Receive inbound requests via Omni channel (Email, Voice, Notion) to assist Client customers with
  their general concerns
• Analyze invoices and other documents to extract data
• Accurately input data into a spreadsheet for network inventory
• Communicate and collaborate with team members for data accuracy
• Cross-train on billing consolidation, a complementary SaaS product to network inventory

What You Must Possess

• Data entry experience
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer competency
• Experience in handling US voice accounts.
• BPO experience (minimum of 6 months)
