How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Monitor bills, process payments, and manage expenses
  • Record transactions on QuickBooks Online, reconcile accounts, and verify financial accuracy
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing, contribute to financial analysis, and generate reports
  • Take on additional accounting responsibilities as needed to support the team

What You Must Possess

  • Bachelors degree in accountancy (required)
  • Experience working effectively in a remote setup (required)
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles with at least one year of experience in general accounting (required)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and a knack for numbers (required)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision (required)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal English (required)
  • Reliable team player with a commitment to accuracy and excellence (required)
  • Familiarity with Bill.com (a plus)
  • Audit training and/or experience (a plus)
