How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Efficiently use Service Titan and QuickBooks to manage accounting tasks
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of all invoices into QuickBooks
  • Review customer statements and reconcile accounts payable records
  • Verify and match supplier packing slips on Service Titan, processing invoices from specific vendors (CED, Generac, Generac-Costco, Interstate Batteries, Lennox, PSP, Vesco)
  • Add material expenses to jobs on Service Titan to accurately track costs
  • Reconcile credit cards (AMEX, INK, US Bank, ONB) to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Process HD Barnett invoices, including verifying receipts and communicating with GSS/GMS regarding purchases
  • Enter and classify WXYZ invoices on QuickBooks for advertising expenses

What You Must Possess

  • Expertise in using accounting software, particularly Service Titan and QuickBooks, through RightWorks cloud access
  • Accuracy and speed in data entry, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, colleagues, and management
  • Experience with processing high-volume invoices and payments
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
