As a customer service representative, processing online orders for CPAP machines and supplies is what you do daily. You communicate with customers and follow up on pending orders and prescriptions. The goal is to ship the right products to customers without delay.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Receive requests via the client's platform to process online orders and verify prescriptions
- Coordinate with the client's warehouse department for product packaging and shipping
- Send customers emails to follow up on pending orders and prescriptions, ask for verification, inform them of restrictions, and confirm product availability
- Provide chat support for customer inquiries on CPAP products, order status, prescription submittals, warranties, and troubleshooting
- Place calls to doctor's offices and customers for verification and follow-ups
What You Must Possess
- Healthcare BPO experience (minimum of 1 year)
- Experience in a similar field
- Ability to read medical prescriptions
- Willingness to receive on-the-job training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills (particularly complaint handling)
- Passionate about helping people
- Excellent customer rapport
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications)
