IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS- MARCH START

ROLE: Telephone Debt Collector

Hours: Monday- Friday two week pattern.
Week One: 8am-4.30pm
Week Two: 10.30am-7pm
(One in four Saturdays- Morning shift)

Salary: £23,500 + monthly bonus

START DATE: MARCH

Role: Customer Support- Debt Collection

We are looking for exceptional and motivated individual to join our growing contact centre.

Through both inbound and outbound calling you will provide professional support. Providing debt guidance to our customers always ensuring you find the best and fair solution for them. Including helping customers to pay off their debts, to resolving complex enquiries.

To ensure that you are able to meet and maintain our high standards full induction training will be provided and further ongoing coaching and support.
