Job Summary
The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute oil & gas projects, ensuring they meet technical, financial, and safety requirements. This role involves day-to-day management of resources, schedules, and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
- Ensure adherence to HSE protocols, quality standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Supervise on-site teams and resolve technical or operational challenges.
- Prepare and submit project documentation (reports, permits, compliance records).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
- 10+ years of project management experience in oil & gas.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
