Senior Project Interface Engineer (Offshore)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Interface Engineer to lead and manage cross-discipline coordination efforts on major offshore engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interface management process across all project phases (design, fabrication, installation, commissioning).
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering disciplines, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve interface issues to prevent scope gaps or schedule delays.
• Manage interface registers, coordinate interface meetings, and track action items.
• Ensure technical alignment and integration of systems between various engineering teams.
• Support risk assessment and interface-related change management processes.
• Prepare interface management reports and documentation for senior project stakeholders.

Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
• 15-18 years of experience in offshore oil & gas project execution, with at least 5 years in a senior interface role.
• Strong understanding of offshore engineering, project execution workflows, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• BOSIET certification is mandatory.
