Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSSE guidelines on-site.
• Conduct incident investigations and reporting.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH certification with 5+ years of HSSE experience.
• Offshore industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese & English.
