Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost estimation, budget management, and financial reporting for the subsea pipeline project.
• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documentation.
• Conduct cost control, risk analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Assess subcontractor and supplier invoices, ensuring cost efficiency and contract compliance.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to monitor cost variations and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with project budget constraints and recommend cost-saving strategies.
• Provide commercial support for claims management and contract negotiations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in offshore or subsea pipeline projects.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, contract law, and project management principles.
• Experience with international construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC).
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel.
