We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain activities for our EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor management functions to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services in line with project schedules and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Sourcing

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for major EPC projects.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria.
  • Lead negotiation of contracts and purchase agreements in compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets, timelines, and specifications.

2. Vendor Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to vendor compliance, HSE, and quality standards.

3. Logistics & Materials Management

  • Plan and oversee the logistics of inbound/outbound shipments, customs clearance, and transportation.
  • Coordinate closely with project, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of critical materials and equipment.
  • Optimize inventory levels and manage storage requirements across project sites.

4. Project Coordination

  • Interface with project managers, engineering, and construction teams to ensure material availability matches project schedules.
  • Participate in project planning meetings and provide updates on supply chain performance and risks.
  • Manage change orders and procurement variations in response to project scope adjustments.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and client requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement status, cost savings, supplier performance, and logistics KPIs.
  • Support internal and external audits related to procurement and materials management.
