About the job Welfare Officer (HR & Admin Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee welfare, accommodations, and grievance handling for blue-collar workers.
  • Ensure compliance with MOHRE, WPS, and UAE labor laws.
  • Manage camp facilities (hygiene, safety, maintenance) and resolve worker concerns.
  • Coordinate with PRO for labor cards, visas, and medical insurance.
  • Organize training, safety briefings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain records of attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in HR/Admin within UAE construction.
  • Knowledge of labor welfare policies and camp management.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu preferred).
