Project HSSE Manager - Offshore Projects (Chinese speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure health, safety, security, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety training.
• Implement HSSE policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH certification with 8+ years of HSSE experience.
• Offshore experience is a must.
• Fluent in Chinese & English.
