Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the contractual aspects of the subsea pipeline project, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate contract terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor contract execution, identifying risks, claims, and variations while ensuring cost control.
  • Work closely with project management and procurement teams to align contractual deliverables with project schedules.
  • Provide expert advice on contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain contractual documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with legal teams and stakeholders to mitigate contract-related risks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Law, or Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management within the Oil & Gas, offshore, or subsea pipeline industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and other international contracting standards.
  • Experience in managing claims, variations, and commercial disputes.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
