Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the contractual aspects of the subsea pipeline project, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, review, and negotiate contract terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor contract execution, identifying risks, claims, and variations while ensuring cost control.
- Work closely with project management and procurement teams to align contractual deliverables with project schedules.
- Provide expert advice on contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare and maintain contractual documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with legal teams and stakeholders to mitigate contract-related risks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Law, or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management within the Oil & Gas, offshore, or subsea pipeline industry.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and other international contracting standards.
- Experience in managing claims, variations, and commercial disputes.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
