Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inspection activities between vendors, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Schedule and track inspections to ensure compliance with project timelines and requirements.
  • Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation.
  • Liaise with third-party inspection agencies and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Support the inspection team with administrative and logistical tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Inspection Coordinator or similar role in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industries.
  • Vendor and procurement inspection experience is mandatory (not Quality Assurance/Control).
  • Office-based role with strong organizational and communication skills.
