About the job Inspection coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inspection activities between vendors, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.
- Schedule and track inspections to ensure compliance with project timelines and requirements.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with third-party inspection agencies and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Support the inspection team with administrative and logistical tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Inspection Coordinator or similar role in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industries.
- Vendor and procurement inspection experience is mandatory (not Quality Assurance/Control).
- Office-based role with strong organizational and communication skills.
