Recruitment Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit blue-collar workers (e.g., laborers, technicians, drivers) for construction projects.
• Advertise vacancies through job portals, agencies, and local networks.
• Conduct interviews, background checks, and coordinate visa/onboarding processes.
• Maintain a database of candidates and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Liaise with project managers to forecast hiring needs.
• Handle employee documentation (contracts, permits, etc.).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of blue-collar labor market and sourcing strategies.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Familiarity with UAE labor policies and PRO procedures.
