Job Summary

The Corporate QA/QC Manager ensures that all company operations, products, and services meet quality, regulatory, and client standards. This role involves developing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to maintain excellence in oil & gas operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of operations, equipment, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, API, ASTM, and other industry standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and HSE teams to maintain quality benchmarks.
  • Manage documentation, certifications, and reporting for quality compliance.
  • Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and third-party auditors on quality matters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of QA/QC experience in the oil & gas sector.
  • Certifications in Quality Auditing (e.g., CQA, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, ISO 29001).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
