As a Tree Trimmer with ULS, you'll be an essential part of our Arbor team, responsible for performing skilled tree care and maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Perform all aspects of tree trimming and removal, including pruning, shaping, and felling trees safely and efficiently.
  • Operate chainsaws, pole saws, and other arborist tools in compliance with safety procedures.

  • Inspect, maintain, and safely operate trucks, chippers, and other job-related equipment.

  • Ensure work sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.

  • Communicate effectively with the Arbor Crew Leader and other team members to complete projects on time.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in tree trimming or related arborist work.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to safely operate trimming and rigging equipment.

  • Strong understanding of tree pruning techniques and safety practices.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
