Landscape Installation Project Manager

United Land Services is a full-service landscaping company providing commercial landscape installation, maintenance, and enhancement services across the Southeast. We are seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Project Manager to oversee and support multiple installation projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating materials, labor, and equipment while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and order materials; schedule labor and equipment for landscape installation projects
• Oversee project superintendents and manage multiple jobs at once
• Perform and support all aspects of landscape installation and construction
• Communicate with subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to keep projects moving
• Ensure jobs stay on schedule and within budget
• Train, coach, and hold installation staff accountable
• Maintain a safe work environment for all team members
• Step in and assist crews in the field when needed to meet deadlines
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of management experience in the landscape or green industry
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation (plans, irrigation, lighting, drainage, grading, hardscaping, equipment)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical job duties
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
