Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Welder to join our operations team. This role plays an essential part in supporting field and equipment operations by fabricating, repairing, and maintaining metal structures and components used in landscaping, hardscaping, fencing, and vehicle equipment. You will work with a variety of metals and tools in both shop and field settings, contributing to the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our fleet, infrastructure, and installed features such as custom gates and fences.

Responsibilities:

  • Weld, cut, and fabricate metal parts for landscape equipment, trailers, hardscape structures, and fence systems including gates, posts, and panels.
  • Perform MIG, Stick, and occasional TIG welding to maintain and repair metal assets.

  • Read and interpret blueprints or repair instructions for custom fabrication projects, particularly for decorative and structural fencing solutions.

  • Assist with the upkeep and modification of vehicles, equipment frames, gates, metal fencing, and other steel structures.

  • Ensure all welding and fabrication tasks are performed to code, with a strong focus on safety and durability.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both shop and field environments.

  • Collaborate with field crews and mechanics to support daily operational needs, especially on fencing installations and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of welding and metal fabrication experience; landscaping, construction, or fence installation experience is a plus.
  • Drivers License: A valid drivers license is required.

  • Welding Skills: Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding; ability to cut, grind, and fabricate as needed.

  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings and work orders.

  • Availability: Must be available Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend or emergency work.

  • Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
