FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Controlling all painters, machine operators & helpers in the paintshop section
2. Inspecting sanding section
3. Monitoring base coat section
4. Preparing color sample & design / artworks
5. Monitoring paint mixing and instructing spray painters to match approved color sample
6. Checking quality & quantity of finish products
7. Inspecting incoming paint materials- paint quality
8. Inspecting and sure quality of paint in all level of the process- sanding, base coat, coloring and final coating.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduate. Extensive knowledge in painting joinery & interiors works.
2. Computer Literate. Able to read and understand CAD drawings. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, Outlook
3. Flexible and can work with less supervision
4. Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the companys Integrated Management System Policy.
