Role & Responsibilities:

Window person to existing Customers

Receiving inquiries of base vehicles and conversion and accessories

All compliance check follow-related tasks

Finalizing the specification & Price offer (including conversion) with Customer

Finding prospective Customers and connecting them with Manager.

Supply & Demand

All the tasks related Order-to-delivery

• Operation from Headquarters/Sister Companies
• Collaborating with Sister Companies

All the tasks related Order-to-delivery

• Operation from Dubai
• Collaborating with logistics team

Setting up relations with Local Distributors

Product

Right product setting with Headquarters

Assisting in finding out requested SFX and arranging preparation and request for a new SFX

Pricing

Assist right price setting and adjustment/discount

Maintaining Price Lists, prepare

Price Approval docs for SFX change etc

If required, price support negotiation with Headquarters and internally (GM)

Marketing/Promotion
Promotional support to Customers in collaboration with Headquarters
Assisting in preparing monthly forecast and orders
Market analysis (In collaboration with Sister Companies)
Grey Market Analysis

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Completed Higher Education in Economics, Management, or Technical/Engineering
Minimum of 5-year experience in product and pricing related job
Fluent in English is essential, some level of French is an advantage
Driving License
Experience in sales, product and pricing in automotive sector
Experience of dealing with a diverse group of customers/nationalities.
High competence in Microsoft use (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
Interest in automotive sector
Technical background or strong desire to learn technical side of automobile products
