Skills and Responsibilities (Job role):

Hands on facility building working manger position that allocates and organizes team of facility operators while co-ordinating requirements and instructions from the Operations Supervisor. Manage and co-execute all activities under the umbrella of the Head house while occassionally supporting the Greenhouse team with occassional operational overloads. Primary focus area

Product packing, loading, unloading, despatch
Store stocking
Receiving loading/unloading
Inventory management

Equipment Handling:

Processing (Sormac),Harvesting and Packing,Seeding,Water treatment
MHE and GH mobility
Central Compressor
Cold storage
Hygiene stations

Age:

30-36 Years

Qualification:

BSc, MSc Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Process engineering

MBA facility management or production floor management

Experience:

Minimum 10 Years
