Position Title: Business Development Manager: IT Services - Dubai/ Qatar/Saudi Arabia

Dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with 3-8 years of experience in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams. Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sales Growth

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for IT services within the assigned territory.

Prospect and qualification lead, focusing on both new and existing clients.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our IT services to potential clients.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful contract finalisation.

Manage the entire sales cycle for assigned IT service accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximising revenue potential.

Market Awareness and Competitiveness

Maintain a deep understanding of the IT services landscape ( Web Designing, Mobile App Development, CRM, ERP and Digital marketing) including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Develop insightful reports on market conditions and competitor analysis, informing strategic decision-making.

Building Relationships

Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing client companies.

Understand and navigate cultural nuances within the Arabic business environment to build trust and rapport.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years(UAE) of experience in sales management, preferably within the IT services industry

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.

Sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.

Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.

Experience working in the global market and understanding of local business practices is a strong asset.

Good Experience in cold Calling, Data scraping from Just Dial or other platforms and lead generations.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
