POSITION TITLE : MEP DESIGNER K3208

POSITION PURPOSE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Establish relationships with both Internal Customers and Malls /Landlords /Developers

Accurately archive and update all MEP Design Drawing Sheets

Review all MEP Design drawings produced to ensure that all Survey information and Mall Criteria

specifications are incorporated

Record and archive all Standard Details data and ensure information is communicated to Design

Team for incorporation in future Designs

Compile MEP calculations and ensure relevant information is communicated

Communicate all revisions /updates to both Internal Customers and External Vendors

Review and approve all Survey information

QUALIFICATIONS\REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree preferred

Impeccable English spoken and written

At least 5 years Retail experience

Proficient with writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
