FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Supervising chargehands, machine operators, carpenters & helpers to execute their duties.
2. Manpower control- chargehands, foremen, machine operators, carpenters & helpers
3. Analyzing shop drawings and cutting list before issuance to designated chargehands.
4. Giving ideas to chargehands and working on how to cut & assemble before starting mass production.
5. Monitoring all workers for proper way of working & basic safety training as well.
6. Making full size layout for loose furniture / mock ups.
7. Monitoring all factory machines.
8. Requisition of suitable machine tools to production
9. Quality Control- Incoming & outgoing materials. Ensure quality & details of finish items before transferring to paintshop section.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduate. Extensive knowledge in joinery & interiors works.
2. Flexible and can work with less supervision
3. Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the companys Integrated Management System Policy.
