POSITION PURPOSE

The Installations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of installation technicians, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing installation projects in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Plan and coordinate installation projects from start to finish

Manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support as needed

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution

Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide updates and address concerns

Uphold company standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in installation management
