*About the Role*:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brake Parts Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in sales within the automotive industry and a deep understanding of international export processes. The ideal candidate will be Arabic speaking who is responsible for expanding our market share by selling brake spare parts to both local and international clients (emphasis on the GCC + MENA region).
*Key Responsibilities*:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, with a focus on export sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, particularly in the MENA region.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, with an emphasis on export markets.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, targeting international markets.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, tailored for export clients.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, ensuring compliance with export regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, sharing export knowledge and strategies.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams, with a focus on improving export sales.
*Requirements*:
- Arabic speaking with a valid passport and ability to travel.
- UAE drivers license and experience driving in the UAE
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role in the automobile spare parts industry, with a focus on export sales.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, especially within export markets.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of export regulations and documentation.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field, with a focus on international
trade.
