Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience

- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail setting

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
