About the job Sales Coordinator
The candidate is well-spoken and organized and will manage incoming leads, schedule qualified appointments, and coordinate the sales and service teams.
This role will start remote and transition to full-time, in-office work in Walterboro, South Carolina (Monday-Friday) once the office is fully operational. During the remote phase, the candidate must also be available to work on-site when the CEO or CMO is in town.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Handle incoming leads via phone and CRM
+ Set a minimum of 5 qualified appointments per day
+ Match and assign leads to appropriate sales representatives
+ Schedule existing customers for service appointments and follow-up calls
+ Maintain accurate records in (CRM)
+ Communicate daily with the Sales Director
+ Learn and confidently communicate company product knowledge
+ Follow training scripts, prompts, and company processes (non-negotiable)
+ Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve performance
+ Support administrative and coordination needs as required
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or call coordination
+ Strong verbal communication skills (professional, confident, articulate)
+ Experience using CRM
+ QuickBooks experience required
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
+ Ability to learn scripts, systems, and products quickly
+ Comfortable with call volume and performance-based expectations
