CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service

- Listen to customers' needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers

- Accurately record and update customer information in the company database

- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues

- Follow company policies and procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and meet performance targets

- Continuously expand knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using computer systems and software

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
