Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations

- Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management

- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of contract services or related industries is a plus
