Position Overview: As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in the execution of our menu, ensuring each plate is prepared with precision and care. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and chef's instructions.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow line cooks to ensure timely and accurate food preparation during busy service periods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, equipment, and ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Learn and follow recipes, techniques, and plating standards as directed by the kitchen leadership.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve menu offerings and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent and quality dishes.

Benefits: $20-$24/hr DOE. Overtime hours available.
