Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating and converting leads into customers via phone calls, specifically within the Advertising, PR, Exhibition, Event, and Printing industries. The candidate will leverage their knowledge of these sectors to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions, ultimately driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry-Specific Outbound Sales Calls:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the Advertising, PR, Exhibition, Event, and Printing sectors.
- Promote relevant products or services tailored to the specific needs of businesses in these industries, such as media advertising packages, event solutions, exhibition space, printing services, or PR campaigns.
- Sector Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, pain points, and common challenges in the Advertising, PR, Exhibition, Event, and Printing industries.
- Provide customized sales pitches that speak directly to the needs of professionals within these fields.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Proactively source leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, industry networks, and other channels.
- Qualify leads by identifying their specific requirements in relation to the companys offerings within these industries.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets specific to the advertising, exhibition, and events industry sectors.
- Close deals on products such as event spaces, printing services, ad placements, or promotional materials over the phone.
Client Relationship Building:
- Build lasting relationships with key clients from the Advertising, PR, Exhibition, Event, and Printing sectors by offering consistent follow-ups and tailored support.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve objections, and ensure customer satisfaction in a highly competitive market.
Collaboration with Industry-Specific Teams:
- Work closely with teams managing large-scale advertising campaigns, PR events, exhibitions, or print media to ensure the right services are being offered and successfully delivered to clients.
- Provide feedback from customers that can inform product or service improvements tailored to these industries.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Deliver reports on sales performance and customer feedback specific to the Advertising, PR, Exhibition, Event, and Printing sectors.
- Recommend strategies for entering new markets or expanding offerings in these industries.
