Due to expansive growth, we are looking for an outgoing and professional Admin Assistant to join us on our journey.
The Role:
Support the Accounts Administrator checking documentation such as Purchase Orders, Invoices & other paperwork, including vehicle servicing schedules
Meet & Greet guests to site professionally, ensuring that visitors feel welcome
Answering the telephone in a professional & competent manner
Photocopying, creating files & filing key documents for use within the business
General administrative duties, as required
Supporting the wider team and business with administrative tasks, as above
About you:
You will need/have/be:
Enjoys completing work to high standard
Acts professionally and can communicate well both face to face and over the phone
Adaptable to change and different working practices
Organised with good attention to detail
Responsive to the needs of your role and the business

Package Details
Up to 24,000 per annum
Pro rata if less than 40 hours per week would like to be worked
Will consider - full-time ; part-time; school hours etc
23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays - increases with time served
