Running a TikTok Shop isn’t just about listing and optimizing products: it’s about creating a seamless, scalable sales and marketing system for brands. That’s where we come in. As an official TikTok Shop Service Partner agency, we manage everything on TikTok Shop from strategy and affiliate partnerships to community building and hands-on shop operations.

We are searching for an experienced, energetic, TikTok-obsessed affiliate manager who lives inside creator culture to lead our affiliate programs.

From initial creator outreach to performance tracking, this role will manage the full affiliate lifecycle and collaborate with brands, influencers and creators to drive growth. This role requires marketing expertise, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem.

You should understand how to spot a winning hook, know what drives conversions on TikTok Shop, and thrive in a fast-moving environment supported by celebrity-led brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, managing creators day-to-day, and directly contributing to revenue growth through affiliates and retainer partners.

What You'll Do

  • Affiliate management: Own the management and continued growth of our TikTok Shop affiliate and retainer creator community across multiple clients. Check in with creators regularly, confirm asset and product deliveries, ensure performance standards are met, and flag any potential issues. Keep rosters, outreach and performance trackers up to date, coach and guide talent, work with creator agencies and partners, and serve as the hype master for our creator community.
  • Outreach: Manage affiliate and retainer creator rosters for each client, using TikTok Shop and internal tools to constantly source new leads, vet prospective creators and contract new talent, while keeping clients informed of progress as needed. Be persistent in following up, and update messaging and outreach tactics as needed to get results. Maintaining an active pipeline of creators is key to the success of this role.
  • Relationship building: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with creators and agencies at all levels. Keep communication clear, timely, and upbeat to ensure creators feel supported and excited to produce content. Work with creator agencies to review talent options, secure placements, and manage ongoing partnerships.
  • Creator strategy and content review: Watch incoming videos, tag high performers, and share top content with the team for repurposing and scaling. Review the performance of affiliates and retainers to determine who to scale, pause, or replace. Provide guidance and coaching when improvement is needed, and proactively re-engage contracts on a monthly basis based on performance.
  • Creative briefs: Create and distribute creative briefs that effectively introduce creators to the products with their most compelling angles, formats, and clear content examples. Update the briefs weekly to highlight the most recent top-performing hooks and trending formats, helping creators identify best practices based on real-time data.
  • Discord management: Serve as the leader of UFactory’s Discord community. Share daily updates, recent creator wins, examples of top-performing content, post best practices, guidance from TikTok Shop’s internal reps, etc. to ensure the community remains excited, active and engaged. Ensure new affiliates and creators are joining the Discord and sharing their content with the community, and provide 1-on-1 feedback and coaching.

What Makes You Right For This Role

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing, creator management, social media, or other forms of creator-led performance marketing
  • You are obsessed with TikTok, creators, and what drives conversions
  • You understand how TikTok Shop, affiliates, commissions, and creator incentives work
  • You can identify a viral hook or a high converting video at a glance
  • You are comfortable working with creator agencies and managing negotiations
  • You enjoy collaborating with a marketing team to build strong strategies
  • You can write clean, clear briefs and outreach messages that get results
  • You are deeply organized, self-directed, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • You’re a clear, thoughtful communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a remote setting

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or celebrity brands
  • Familiarity with Euka, Shop Ads, and TikTok analytics tools
  • Experience with Discord and/or additional community platforms
  • Background in a startup, high-growth brand, or agency setting
