B. CONTEXT
Purpose: The purpose of the Reporting & Analysis Senior Specialist role is to enhance user retention and digital revenue by leveraging data-driven insights. This role focuses on analyzing user behavior, delivering in-depth reporting, and supporting the development and validation of business cases for digital products and services.
Context:
The Digital products team plays an important role in the organization for all consumer digital products and services. You will be working in one of the most proficient Digital teams within Myanmar where you will get first hand exposure on the entire digital product lifecycle starting from product conceptualization, product launch and go-to market planning to post launch product performance tracking against set KPIs.
As part of the Digital team, the role of the Reporting and Analysis Sr. specialist is to drive user retention and engagement through behavioural analytics and engagement tools, drive digital revenue by providing insights that allow to take well informed decisions and business case creation; this for Digital products and services across, including My App.
C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customer retention & engagement
- Using digital tools as Google Analytics and Clevertap to drive customer engagement on U9 App, consequently leading to higher retention and increasing Daily and Monthly Active users
Analysis & insights
- Conduct analysis on digital products & services performance, providing deep dive data insights (like customer behavioural) which allow digital products stakeholders to take informed decisions that lead to revenue increase
- Reporting trends, sudden changes, irregularities, and identify the underlying causes. Escalate to management where required
Reporting
- Use internal reporting tools to generate regular reports for timely circulation with 100% accuracy
- Convert reporting requirements into dashboards and reports
- Optimize and improve existing reporting
- Validate and reconciliate data to ensure full accuracy
Business Cases
- Create business cases for new Digital products & services, driven by existing customer data & insights
- Alignment and validation with all internal and external stakeholders

F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting
- Solid experience using Excel and SQL
- Knowledge of query and reporting tools
- Experience with digital analytics tool is
- Telco experience or large IT corporate experience preferred.
- Proven ability to support business case development through data-driven insights and validation.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent English and Myanmar language, both written and spoken
