A. PROFILE

Role Title: Product Manager (Voice)
Reporting to: CVM & Revenue Management Senior Manager
Division: Consumer
Department / Section: Marketing

B. CONTEXT

Purpose: To drive Voice revenue for B2C segment under the consumer marketing function
Context: In order to drive Voice business from a revenue and customer stand point and to manage customer life cycle we are proposing a product manager reporting to Voice Head in the consumer marketing team

This position is only open for Myanmar Nationals.

C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Understanding of customer behaviour patterns though superior analytics and segmentation
  • Analyse and share key insights on consumer behaviour
  • Drive to maximize value extraction from subscriber base. by ensuring relevant customer journeys and experience
  • Partner in preparation of business plans, business decks & reports as per process
  • Implement Digital First approach to ensure stronger, more targeted engagement with consumers
  • Develop and prioritise customer experience initiatives across market segments to improve NPS, Consideration, Emotional Bonding and Market share
  • Work with the Data and or Voice Head to deliver new products/ initiatives
  • Develop operations framework and inter functional interactions to take care of day to day operations in the most efficient manner
  • Partner in planning of GTM programs of various initiatives
  • Follow the governance of weekly updates, monthly planning, market visits
  • Scheduled meetings with Data and Voice Head/ other teams to ensure alignment with and achievement of company objectives
  • Pick-up best practices from competition and execute for own opco
  • Ensure product configurations as per process, conduct product testing and log results
  • Prepare actionable wrt to product interventions, segmented campaigns to drive revenue targets

    D. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

    • Subscriber Numbers – As per assigned targets
    • Revenue – As per assigned targets
    • NPD and Testing – from conceptualisation to launch - As per process

      E. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & DECISION MAKING

      Interacts with:
      Internal: Product managers, Campaign Managers, Digital team, S&D, Works under supervision of Data who in turn reports to Consumer Head
      External: Vendors, Third Party

      F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

      Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

      • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and consumer marketing; telecom industry experience is preferred
      • Experience in consumer insights, proposition development, and customer lifecycle management
      • Business management experience with focus on product management and product marketing
      • Domain expertise in Product Management or Pricing roles within the telecom industry
      • Understanding of technology architecture and it's impact on business operations

      Minimum Entry Qualifications

      • Proficiency in SQL, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Excel
      • MBA in Marketing is preferred
