A. PROFILE
Role Title: Acquisition & Inventory Management Manager
Reporting to: Budgeting & Planning Senior Manager

B. CONTEXT
Purpose: The position will be mainly responsible to devise, prepare and managed detailed AOP and 5 yearly business plan and also making monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts and sharing inputs to all stake holders mainly Commercial, Finance and Technology teams. Also to keep a close track of business surplus or shortfalls and indicating it timely to the management and concerned team so that timely corrective actions can be taken where needed.
Context: This role sits within the Strategy Department, which is responsible for making and implementing business strategy. This role will be focused on translating the Strategic goals of the company into Commercial and Financial numbers which can be used to drive the business inline with company Strategy and make sure that the business is not straying from the targets set through timely communication.
This position is only open for Myanmar Nationals.
C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare the AOP plans based on evaluation of mass data from industry movements & consumer behaviors making sure it is aligned with the company strategy.
- Translate strategic plans into operational business numbers and commercial / financial plans while supporting its execution with the commercial, technology & finance teams.
- Manage and monitor the sales demand planning via continuous review and assessment of the demand management forecast.
- Handling end to end business planning from AOP to 5 year plans and quarterly rolling forecasts. Also covering all forecast cycles.
- Working closely with the commercial units to develop a detail business plan and making sure of the alignment between the commercial unit and the companys overall strategy.
- Prepare and present the detailed AOP variance analysis with details highlighted for any positive or negative variance.
- Asking the right questions for plan variances and preparing answers while able to challenge/influence commercial decisions in a positive manner using provision of financial expertise and insightful commercial analysis.
- Developing business models to assess and plan for business requirements.
- Proactive partnering with commercial teams to define commercial and financial plans with insightful analysis to improve business results.
- Preparing the presentations related to plans and various reviews.
D. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Timely & Accurate preparation and submission of the AOP & BP along with rolling forecasts.
- AOP Variance analysis with reasoning of variations.
- Coordinating and solving business issues relating planning inputs.
E. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & DECISION MAKING
Interacts with:
Internal: Marketing team, S&D team, Finance Team, Technology Team, CxOs and Management Committee
External: Vendor, Third party.
Decision Making
Business related low revenue impact decisions. Compliance & Process related decisions. Planning related decisions.
F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge
- 6 Years in Telecom.
- Telecom Market & Industry Knowledge.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- MS Office.
