B. CONTEXT
Purpose:
Main responsible for creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring the content is presented with quality and accuracy. Works with a variety of different companies/shop owners, e-commerce retailers to traditional stores, helping them decide which products should be featured on our Market.
Context:
Digital Department is responsible to drive digital channel growth and revenue contribution on overall revenue as well. Also responsible for executing the overall business strategy to meet organization goals and engage with partners to drive digital payment transactions.
C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage product listings, categories, banners, and promotional content across apps and other digital platforms.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and appealing product information, images, and pricing.
- Schedule and update digital promotions in line with marketing campaigns and seasonal events.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design and implement promotional layouts.
- Align merchandising activities with overall campaign objectives and timelines.
- Support cross-selling and up-selling strategies by optimizing product placement.
- Maintain merchandising calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Liaise closely with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to improve efficiencies, trade, and customer experience.
- Communicating with vendors to place orders, track inventory levels, and resolve billing issues.
- Be highly always involved in UAT testing for development projects and the regular testing to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Reporting sales results to management to help them determine what items are selling well and which ones need to be removed from the store.

F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience
- 1-3 Years of e-commerce experiences
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketing concept
- Working knowledge of Excel and power point
- Ability to understand and create visualizations like charts and graphs
Aptitude to lean new/different processes, systems within the company to understand data architectures and workflows
Minimum Qualification
Any University Graduated or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Media or Digital Marketing is preferred.
