Role Overview:

As a Full Stack AI Engineer within our Innovation team, you will play a key role in designing and delivering next-generation, AI-driven applications. You will work across the full technology stack to build responsive user interfaces, enable real-time audio and transcription capabilities, and integrate intelligent workflows powered by LLM frameworks. This role requires a balance of technical depth, product thinking, and a strong focus on performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable applications using Next.js and React

• Implement real-time audio processing and speech transcription pipelines

• Develop AI-driven workflows using frameworks such as Google Genkit or similar LLM orchestration tools

• Manage WebSocket connections for real-time audio streaming and transcript updates

• Build responsive and performant UI components using Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, and modern React patterns

• Design dashboards and visualizations for real-time analytics using Recharts

• Integrate backend services using Firebase and Firestore

• Optimize application performance to ensure smooth real-time interactions

Core Tech Stack

• Next.js (App Router) and React

• TypeScript 

AI & Audio Processing

• Experience working with Web Audio APIs, Media Streams, and microphone input handling

• Knowledge of real-time speech-to-text systems and audio streaming pipelines

Real-Time Systems

• Strong experience with WebSockets and real-time data synchronization

Backend & Data

• Experience working with Firebase and Firestore

UI & Frontend

• Tailwind CSS

• Radix UI or modern component libraries (e.g., shadcn/ui)

• Data visualization tools such as Recharts

• Animation frameworks like Framer Motion

State Management & Validation

• React Hook Form

• Zod or similar schema validation tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Google Genkit or LangChain

• Experience designing LLM prompts and structured JSON outputs

• Experience building AI-powered SaaS applications
  
  
  Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in full stack development using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of real-time architectures, including WebSockets and streaming systems
  
• Experience working with audio processing, speech recognition, or similar technologies 
• Familiarity with cloud-based backend services such as Firebase and Firestorm
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (Tailwind CSS, component libraries)
• Understanding of system performance, scalability, and responsive design principles
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows or LLM-based frameworks is an added advantage
