About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, execution-focused, and proactive Business Intelligence & Delivery Specialist to drive operational visibility, business reporting, and cross-functional delivery excellence across the organization.

This role combines the responsibilities of business intelligence, data analytics, forecasting, performance analytics, operational strategy, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights while ensuring projects, operational initiatives, and strategic deliverables are executed efficiently and on schedule.

The position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong business acumen, and can seamlessly collaborate with leadership, operations, HR, marketing, finance, and technical teams.

Core Responsibilities

Business Intelligence, Analytics & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Perform data analytics and statistical analysis to identify trends, business opportunities, operational gaps, and performance insights
  • Develop forecasting models and performance reports to support strategic planning and business decision-making
  • Monitor departmental and organizational KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency and business performance
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc analytical reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and reporting reliability across systems
  • Translate complex datasets into meaningful and actionable business insights
  • Support automation and optimization of reporting processes to improve efficiency and visibility

Delivery Management & Operational Coordination

  • Track and manage operational and strategic deliverables across multiple departments
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects, initiatives, and business priorities
  • Maintain delivery timelines, progress trackers, meeting documentation, and action plans
  • Identify risks, delays, and operational bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Support leadership in project prioritization, execution tracking, and performance monitoring
  • Drive accountability and follow-through across assigned deliverables and operational initiatives

Process Improvement & SOP Development

  • Analyze existing workflows and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Build and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), process documentation, and operational frameworks
  • Recommend scalable solutions, process optimizations, and workflow automation initiatives
  • Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement strategies across departments
  • Support implementation of new systems, tools, and process enhancement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, MIS, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, Delivery Coordination, Operations, or similar roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting platforms
  • Proficiency in data analytics, forecasting, statistical analysis, and performance analytics
  • Working knowledge of SQL, databases, and data querying concepts is preferred
  • Experience working with KPI management, operational reporting, and dashboard development
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Monday.com, is an advantage
