Web Development Specialist (Low-Code)

Working Hours:

  • Must be able to work on 3 different shifts on rotation -
    • 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day shift)
    • 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Evening shift)
    • 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night shift)
  • 5 days/nights per week
  • Work from office

Position Overview

The Web Development Specialist will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance websites, landing pages, and digital experiences using no-code and low-code platforms such as Webflow and Framer.

The objective of this role is to rapidly translate design and business requirements into scalable, conversion-focused digital assets while ensuring performance, responsiveness, SEO readiness, and technical stability. The role also requires foundational coding knowledge to customize components, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate effectively with developers when deeper technical work is required.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Page Development
  • Build and manage websites, landing pages, and microsites using Webflow and/or Framer.
  • Convert Figma or design files into responsive, functional web experiences.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Maintain website structure, navigation, and page hierarchy.
  • Use no-code and low-code tools, CMS features, and workflows to deliver pages efficiently.
  • Customize templates, components, and interactions to meet design and business needs.
  • Implement forms, CTAs, lead capture flows, and marketing integrations.
  • Apply custom code snippets where required to extend platform functionality.
  • Use HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for customization, fixes, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot layout, performance, and functionality issues.
  • Collaborate with developers on complex features, APIs, or integrations.
  • Maintain clean, structured, and maintainable implementations.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
  • Ensure proper metadata, image optimization, accessibility basics, and structure.
  • Support CRO initiatives through UX and layout improvements.
  • Integrate third-party tools such as CRM, analytics, email, and automation platforms.
  • Implement tracking pixels, tags, and basic analytics setups.
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams for execution and iteration.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and basic security best practices.
No-Code & Low-Code Implementation

Performance, SEO & Optimization
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.

  • Support CRO initiatives through UX and layout improvements.
Integration & Collaboration
  • Integrate third-party tools such as CRM, analytics, email, and automation platforms.
  • Implement tracking pixels, tags, and basic analytics setups.
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams for execution and iteration.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and basic security best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in web development using no-code or low-code platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Webflow and/or Framer.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Experience converting Figma designs into responsive web pages.
  • Understanding of web performance, SEO fundamentals, and CRO principles.
  • Experience integrating third-party tools, forms, and analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail, usability, and performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
