  • Must be able to work on 3 different shifts on rotation -
    • 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day shift)
    • 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Evening shift)
    • 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night shift)
  • 5 days/nights per week
  • Work from office

Position Overview

The Lead Strategist will be responsible for owning and driving the overall strategic direction of marketing, lead generation, and growth initiatives for B2B enterprise clients across one or more brands. The objective of this role is to connect business goals with execution-ready strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and operations. The Lead Strategist will focus on identifying high-impact opportunities, optimizing funnels, improving conversion paths, and elevating strategic thinking across teams to meet global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth Direction

  • Own end-to-end lead generation and growth strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Translate business objectives into clear strategic frameworks and actionable plans.
  • Define priorities, success metrics, and strategic roadmaps for campaigns and initiatives.

Lead Generation & Funnel Strategy

  • Design, execute, and optimize lead generation across inbound, outbound, partnerships, and paid channels.
  • Define funnel stages, ICPs, lead qualification criteria, and handoff processes with Sales.
  • Identify funnel gaps, drop-offs, and friction points and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure consistent lead quality and scalable acquisition methods.
  • Participate in client pitches and business development initiatives.
  • Identify potential markets, industries, and clients for acquisition.
  • Prepare and refine pitch decks, proposals, and supporting materials.
  • Oversee high-level campaign strategy across digital, content, email, social, paid media, and events.
  • Guide messaging, positioning, and channel mix decisions.
  • Collaborate with content, performance, design, and sales teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Track and analyze campaign and lead performance using data and insights.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Use insights to continuously refine strategies and approaches.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams.
  • Align marketing and sales strategies to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Support and guide team members on strategic thinking and execution when required.

Pitching & Client Acquisition

  • Participate in client pitches and business development initiatives.
  • Identify potential markets, industries, and clients for acquisition.

Campaign Oversight & Execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in growth strategy, lead generation, marketing strategy, or a relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with inbound, outbound, paid media, and partnership-based acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, ICP definition, and sales alignment.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and convert insights into strategic actions.
  • Experience participating in client pitches or business development initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
