The Role: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our daily activities. You will manage real-time dispatching, serve as a key point of contact for clients and chauffeurs, and solve logistical challenges on the fly. This is a fast-paced role where your communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure are critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and execution of operational processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration and timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Manage tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
- Oversee logistics and dispatch processes, including coordinating with affiliates and tracking trips.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the organization.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure overall organizational success.
Qualification
- 6 months of experience in BPO Operations or other similar roles preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willing to work all night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
