The Role: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our daily activities. You will manage real-time dispatching, serve as a key point of contact for clients and chauffeurs, and solve logistical challenges on the fly. This is a fast-paced role where your communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure are critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage real-time dispatch for our global fleet of luxury vehicles.
- Handle client inquiries and bookings via email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide clear and timely communication to our team of professional chauffeurs.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all operational details are meticulously managed.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Operations or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willing to work all night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
